I discovered from an early age that my passion was cooking and the smiles I saw in people after eating my food nurtured me with joy. It came clear to me that I would wrap my life around the hospitality industry.
After my studies in New York I moved to Miami to work for wonderful chains of hotels and restaurants such as Nobu in Miami Beach, The Delano Hotel, The Fairmont Hotel Group, The Ritz Carlton Hotel among others. Opportunity brought me to travel around the world, learning different techniques of cooking.
As an Entrepreneur, I opened »Lounge Out« in Miami Beach, a Food and Beverage Consulting company. We collaborated successfully with Bacardi Group, Nikki Beach Club, among others. Now my team and I are based in Mallorca with our newest business concept LUXUSEDGE Luxury Catering and Provisions for Yachts and Villas.
