LUXUSEDGE creates and delivers culinary memories for our guests, whether a luxury dinner in your private Villa or a beautiful and delicate canapé reception on your Yacht. Our attention to detail and diligence will guarantee a special time for your and your loved ones.

LUXUSEDGE will deliver to your port of departure, also to your private Villa, all organized in our state of the art cooler box, lined with Portuguese Cork a great insulator that guarantees the preservation of your food at the proper temperature.

Catering, Chef service onboard and Provisions

Impress your guests with on-location fine dining! We are affiliated with top chefs who prepare your meals right on your boat. They work for local, reknown restaurants and offer nothing less than their most exclusive brands. Some have flown to New York to spend some time in a high-end restaurant, learning more about how to prepare specific types of gourmet food. We also visit our suppliers together with the head chefs so they know everything about the products and can conjure up new ways to surprise the boss with the nicest food and most exiciting presentation.

FULL OR HALF-DAY CHARTER CATERING

If you choose a full day or half-day charter around Mallorca, we can provide you with various options for brunch, lunch, dinner or snacks.

If you are spending several days with your chartered yacht, we would create an entire meal plan for your stay.

Chef! We know how hard it can be to get the ingredients you need for your cuisine - whether that be the juiciest tomatoes, Japanese Wagyu beef that has been properly massaged or the finest fresh fish.

We also know you only work with the highest-quality meat, fish, fruit and vegetables when cooking for your clients, their guests and charter groups. No excuses, no compromises - Luxusedge will deliver the right food at the right time in exactly the right condition.

Food for the crew is another part of making your galley run efficiently, and we take these considerations fully into account. You set the standard, we’ll make it happen.

Wine and Spirits

Luxusedge also has the capacity to fully meet your requirements for first-class wines and beverages. Our vintners will be pleased to offer you bespoke advice and support.

Holiday Villas and Personal Home Provisioning

Upon arrival to your beautiful Villa, just relax, fix a beverage and simply "Melt into Paradise". We will neatly put your groceries away, ice down your beverages, and platter your dinner. Remember we are a Custom Company, so please feel free to make special request. There is no easier way to start your vacation.

Private Chef Services

A Private Chef will bring beautiful customised meals to your table. Chef Francesco Colloca will shop and carefully prepare each course, ready for finish cooking on site. Dinners start with an appetizer served to you poolside or on your condo patio, while we lay your table and our Chef fills your kitchen with delicious smells. Luxusedge will cater to specific dietary restrictions like vegetarian, vegan, gluten or dairy free, food allergies and accommodate your special requests and schedule.

Chef Francesco Colloca

I discovered from an early age that my passion was cooking and the smiles I saw in people after eating my food nurtured me with joy. It came clear to me that I would wrap my life around the hospitality industry.

After my studies in New York I moved to Miami to work for wonderful chains of hotels and restaurants such as Nobu in Miami Beach, The Delano Hotel, The Fairmont Hotel Group, The Ritz Carlton Hotel among others. Opportunity brought me to travel around the world, learning different techniques of cooking.

As an Entrepreneur, I opened »Lounge Out« in Miami Beach, a Food and Beverage Consulting company. We collaborated successfully with Bacardi Group, Nikki Beach Club, among others. Now my team and I are based in Mallorca with our newest business concept LUXUSEDGE Luxury Catering and Provisions for Yachts and Villas.
